Food Truck Vendor – Requirements & Terms


*Space fee is $400 for two and half days of sales, payable at the time of registration — no exceptions.

*Proof of General Liability Insurance required: minimum $1,000,000 per occurrence / $2,000,000 aggregate — MTICA must be listed as an additional insured.

*Proof of Commercial Auto Insurance required covering your food truck vehicle.

*If you have 4 or more employees (including part-time), Florida Workers' Compensation Insurance is required by state law.

*Valid Florida Food Service License (issued by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation) must be on file.

*Valid Seminole County Health Department permit required for food service operations.

*A current Florida Mobile Food Dispensing Vehicle (MFDV) license is required for all food trucks operating in the state.

*All food handlers must possess a valid Food Handler Certificate in accordance with Florida state law.

*Food truck must pass a fire safety inspection and comply with all applicable fire codes — a fire extinguisher must be on board at all times.

*Food truck operators are responsible for their own generator, power, and water supply unless otherwise specified in writing by MTICA.

*Food truck operators are responsible for their own setup, breakdown, and cleanup of their designated space.

*No subletting of your assigned space is permitted.

*MTICA reserves the right to assign and adjust placement locations for traffic flow and safety.

*All certificates and documents must be submitted no later than 30 days prior to the event.

*Hotel authorization: Food trucks must comply with all venue requirements set forth by Orlando Marriott Lake Mary, including any additional insurance certificates naming the hotel as an additional insured — vendors are responsible for obtaining this directly with the hotel prior to the event.

*501(c)(3) documentation required — a quick verification step to make sure this space is reserved for the organizations doing real community work.

*Your space, your setup — bring your own tent, table, chairs, and any power you need to represent your organization the way you see fit.

*Full ownership of your booth — your team manages setup, breakdown, and cleanup, giving you complete control over your experience from start to finish.

*We keep you informed — all event logistics will be delivered to you within one week of the event so your team can arrive prepared and confident.
